Before you buy

Check the product description, selected size or colour, and quantity. Your cart shows an item subtotal. Review any applicable shipping, tax, delivery estimate and the final total on Fourthwall’s secure payment page before placing your order.

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. Prices and availability are checked again before checkout. A support contribution is separate from a product purchase and does not include merchandise.

Physical items and delivery

Production and delivery depend on the item and destination. Use the estimate shown at checkout. Once your order ships, use the tracking link in your shipping email. Items in one order may arrive separately.

Digital downloads

If a listing is marked as a digital download, you are buying a file rather than a shipped item. Check the listing for its file format and contents. When your download is ready, the delivery email contains a link to the file. Check the email address you used at checkout and your spam folder if it has not arrived.

Only items currently listed for sale can be purchased. A draft, preview or mention of a future book is not a published download.

An existing order, return or problem

Open your order confirmation email and follow its order-status or help link. Have your order number ready. For a damaged, defective or incorrect item, retain photos of the item and packaging and contact order support promptly.

Return, cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the item and the policy presented with your order. Check the product’s returns information before buying; a size or preference change may not qualify. Digital-download terms may differ from physical-item terms.

If you cannot find your confirmation or need help reaching order support, contact Project Unshakeable. Include your order number if you have one. Never send payment-card details or passwords.
